As Personal Chef I will come to your home for an interview and discuss with you the unique benefits of hiring one. I will go through a list of types of foods you like and dislike along with any special dietary needs and allergy assessments. If you decide to hire me an initial payment will be made by check. From the information I will create a menu selection that is palate specific for you, and your family for you to choose from. After selecting a menu plan a cook date will be set. On that date I will shop for only fresh ingredients from local markets, come to your home with my own cookware and prepare the meals. The meals will then be packaged for storage in you refrigerator for that days meal and in freezer for all other meals and labeled. A list of meals along with instructions on how to thaw and re-heat each meal will be left on your refrigerator door and then I will clean your kitchen, leaving it spotless, and only the smell of delicious food will remain.
A normal cooking day will supply a family of 4 with 5 main entrée’s and side dishes if one is appropriate. Depending the menu selections you have chosen, some dishes may or may not come with sides.
A Private Chef will be one that will cook for you or your family on a daily basis and may even live on site.
